Orders must be placed through the web site and for this time can only utilize PayPal. HTG will not ship new customer orders to UNVERIFIED addresses or accept payments from UNVERIFIED Paypal accounts.

We do not "exchange" prints unless there is an error in items shipped vs. items ordered. Please read the item descriptions, sizes, and other info carefully, and if there is a question regarding a poster, please email us before ordering. Poster measurements are approximate, actual size may vary from the measurements listed. It's a good idea to wait until you have the print before a frame is purchased.

Please note that the images displayed are for reference only, that actual poster may not match the exact color shown on a monitor. Price of certain archive prints will vary due to amount on hand and rarity of the print.

We use delivery confirmation along with the insurance, and the Priority shipping through the USPS. A Delivery Confirmation number is NOT a tracking number; it simply shows proof that your package was delivered. Packages cannot be tracked with this number. .If your package is missing or damaged, please send an email to htgshop(at)the-home-team(dot)org. Include your name, phone#, order#, and any other details needed. Please send any questions regarding your order via email with the order number in the subject line. Please make sure that the delivery location is a secure address, HTG cannot replace posters stolen after they are delivered.
